After the next series, the only theme for the Rangers will be “The Yankees are my daddy”.

“Thank the Ray’s catcher.”

It didn’t hurt the Rangers that the Rays superstar pitcher forgot to get his head into the game.

Is that that team that plays in Arlington?

This was the first series in MLB history where the road team won every game.

Wow, I didn't even think of that... thanks!

I hope the Rangers are good enough to beat the Yankees. ;-)

Just like your ARod deal and all the other bad deals. And yes the bad Yankees have contributed each and every year to revenue sharing. BTW: The Yankees have many home grown minors now playing for the team. Cano, Hughes, Jeter, Posada, Gardner, Andy Pettitte, Mo Rivera and many others.

We swept the Yankees at home a couple of months ago, right?

Big congrats to the Rangers and their fans.

Beat the F’n Yankees!!!

(From a tea partyien Masshole)

I just wish they won in four games so they could pitch Cliff 3 times against the Skanks if needed.

Josh needs to heat up to have a chance.

Ah, I missed your reference for 2 reasons. The Yankees definitely aren’t a needy team. In fact they would be best compared to greedy wall street types with their payroll and secondly, Lee likely will wind up there next year. I don’t think he wants to play ball in that Texas heat and Texas probably can’t afford him long term. Still, it’s good enough for now that he’s a Ranger.

Thank you. They are in Hawaii - my son’s now with the 25th ID. Not yet 9 months old and they’re in Hawaii :-( I’ve never been to Hawaii!

The team I grew up with; there was an editorial cartoon that first season, it showed the Mighty Yankees coming to town and this little baby in a baseball uniform saying, who are you?
Go Rangers!
