I’m guessing that lady is Chilean, as a lot of the women we’ve seen have had lighter hair. And I bet she’s some kind of liaison from the mining company or somesuch.
In Chile and Argentina sometimes it’s easy to see who descended from Europeans and who from the Native Indians.
I love that they have their flag plastered all over the place and don’t give a damn who may be offended, if only our country was like that.........
