I haven’t really followed this thread, but want to chime in with an example -
I know an ex-homosexual who was the minister of music at the last church we went to. He practiced this lifestyle from age 12 until his mid 20s, and was convinced this was who he was, he was born this way, etc.
I don’t know remember how he got out of it, but he did. He was very open about this - telling people that he realized it wasn’t natural, it was an addiction just like any other vice that people practice. He also talked about father issues.
He stayed a bachelor for many years to make sure he was really “over” this addiction. After about 10 years of being abstinent, he met a wonderful lady, fell in love, got married and the have 3 wonderful children. He is happier than I’ve ever seen him.
A guy named Dennis Jernigan has a similar story. Here's his testimony:
Thank you for the story. There are countless others stories proving that homosexuals are NOT born that way, and CAN change and live a normal life, even with family and children.
