I think the truth is he’s afraid he’d have to go broke do it and he’s not willing to spend the money or take that chance. I bet he is smart enough, shrewd enough to know when he has a losing hand and not to throw good money after bad...

Besides, a billion dollars just ain’t what it used to be....

He’s canny enough to know when a cause is lost. However, if he sees the Obama administration this way, you can bet he’s figured out an angle to profit from Obama’s decline. Soros hates the US, BUT he also hates losing big $ and backing losers. He may have gotten all he wants and needs from Obama, and is ready to undercut him. If so, it will be interesting to watch.
