There is no legal or constitution process for removing Obama from office besides : 1) 2012 election, 2) Impeachment. As the the BC failed attempts have shown, no judge can remove him so they simply refuse to even bring the matter before court.

The bigger the Republican win, the easier it will be for Obama to transfer the nation's problems back to Republicans, blaming anything they try as the cause for the problems, as cowardly Republicans bail out. Now Obama is in a lose-lose. He gets the blame for any bad news, as did Bush before him. And Republicans stick together on most votes. Obama see's the light at the end of the tunnel.
