You are correct. The fact that this has already happened (and it’s happened in plenty of other areas of life also) does not mean we must accept that a further unconstitutional program can be created. But that is where we have been my whole life (40ish). Incrementalism reaches everyone’s doorstep eventually.

As we can plainly see now, SS and Medicare will be serving the exact purpose they were intended to serve, which was to provide a beach-head from which the final assault on our “rights” is launched.

Each of us has to decide when “enough is enough”, maybe this heathcare lie/scam has waken people up, we’ll see.

My sentiments are similar to yours, but it also includes the 9 worthless members of SCOTUS.

WE the PEOPLE have allowed these criminals in CONgre$$ to systematically encroach our freedoms while we stood around saying there is nothing we can do...it is the law. All the while adopting the commie talking points and acquiescing to their power grabs. See K.I.S.S., seat belt laws, smoking laws, helmet laws, trans-fat BS, salt BS, sugar BS .....

And what was the common denominator to all of these power grabs? That's right...HEALTH and safety!
