I’m working up to break a couple of ordinances/statutes so I can challenge their legitimacy in court; sadly it seems no-one in an authority-position is willing to “stop the buck” on a couple of legal contradictions I’ve found.

My State Constitution says:
Sec. 6. [Right to bear arms.]
No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for
lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes, but nothing herein shall be held
to permit the carrying of concealed weapons. No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way,
an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.

Yet there is a State Statute which prohibits firearms from campuses:

AND a city ordinance prohibiting firearms in public city-parks (I don’t have the number with me now, but it should be easy for me to get the next time I go to the park — it’s on a big old sign there.)
AND there’s the other issue of Municipal and County courthouses barring weapons from their premises; absolutely and inarguably a violation of “No Municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.”

Honestly they are likely to attack you (physically, legally, monetarily, etc) rather than give up their power; but I suppose that could be considered defending their tyranny.

I was unemployed recently for nearly 6 months. I still think its worth it.

If they react with violence, then they react with violence. It shows us starkly what tyrants they are.

And if I might fall, I would hope one of my kin or some likeminded individual would pick up my torch and my pitchfork and continue to march forward.

We have suffered so much. We have relinquished to much.

We must put an end to this.

If there is to be violence, let them decide if they want it. When there is blood to be shed, there is never a scarcity.
