I’m confused: As a veteran, why isn’t he using the Veteran’s Affairs medical system?
It’s all about control. Ratlibtards keep claiming liberal this and that when the bottom line is that they have no respect for you being an independent thinker. It has to be repealed and cheaper to just pay the fine.
I’d love to hear more about the “solid legal footing” of Obamacare that these Harvard “scholars” (charlatans, more like) mention. What’s their case - that the Commerce Clause can be used to compel taxpayers to buy any private goods or services?
If Ginsburg and her ilk allow this, after we throw Obama out, Republicans should pass a tax that facilitates “commerce” with the obligatory purchase of defense contractor stock, citing the “general welfare” of Americans whose dwindling liberties still rely on tanks, body armor and humvees.
I’m sorry, but I spent the day at the VA hospital yesterday and it would not be my first choice of care. We’ll just leave it at that.

It’s all I have, and I have no big complaints. I’ve used three (Des Moines, Biloxi-Gulfport and Dallas) and received better than average care, IMO. Which one did you go to?
Remember...the way the law was written...if ANY part is declared unconstitutional the whole thing is unconstitutional. Go for it!

We’ll be learning about the “solid legal footing” of the ObamaCare supporters, soon enough. I hope the courts find it’s as solid as sand.

Oops. Apologies. Not trying to get anybody in trouble ... including myself!
If we can’t repeal 0bamacare or get it declared unconstitutional, we will have essentially no Constitutional protection from the federal government and our only recourse will be a Constitutional convention.
Hampton, VA. It’s about 100 years old, no exaggeration. The people were nice, but my cell phone was lost/stolen while I was there. I thought lost until I was asking around, looking for it, an employee told me it was probably stolen and no one would turn it in. The hospital is in an unsavory area of Hampton and there is no security. People just wander in off the street and there is no way to know if they are really veterans or not. My lesson was learned the hard way.
Is eligibility for services or priority to receive services at a VA facility limited to or ranked by those with a service connected disability?
I worked with other veterans as a career counselor for about 14 years. The more pitiful the story, the more likely it was that they were NOT a veteran when I checked their background. One guy claimed to be a SEAL Lt. Commander who was taken prisoner by the North Vietnamese and transferred to the Soviet Union afterwards. The SEAL HQ people rolled around on the floor for a good 15 minutes laughing when I phoned and told them that one.
Yes, there’s a priority sytem. http://www4.va.gov/healtheligibility/Library/Tools/Quick_Eligibility_Check/index.asp
The Obama sucks signs are getting bigger.
Thank you for the answer and your service.
Bullspit. I have no intention of debating over tea and crumpets when my liberty is on the line. I will not comply with Obamacare and I would rather be dead. And there'll be others dying with me, if you know what I mean.
