Then look in the “NAC” - Nevada Administrative Code.

NB that Clark County and Washoe County might well have their own county codes on property transfers above and beyond the state regs. Remember there’s a bunch of the NRS that applies to, or doesn’t apply to, “counties with over 200K or 400K population,” depending on whether they want something to include/exclude Clark, or Clark and Washoe together.
