From the Catalog
DOCXs GetNet Document Recovery solution is a national network of runners that is engaged to provide document recovery, expedited recordation services, title searches, and insurance submissions.
The service is unique in that our clients can request that DOCX obtain any missing recordable documents through this web site through our online GetNet Work Order Form. Status of existing projects can also be obtained through our Online Services.
We also accept work orders the old fashioned way via fax or mail. Upon receipt of the work order, DOCX will access the national network of runners, place the order and follow up to ensure prompt delivery.
GetNet was designed to assist mortgage servicers in meeting agency certifications and to avoid costly penalties for filing late satisfaction pieces.
GetNet Features
* A National Network of title runners retains presence in every county jurisdiction nationwide. * Obtains missing mortgage documents, assignments, title policies and LGC/MICs. * Expedites recordation by physically walking documents in to county recorder offices. * Provides title searches to identify mortgage holders. * Provides online reporting capabilities.
We all remember DOCX right?

Now that the news of how Wall Street has systematically used the roofs over ALL of our heads like dice in a rigged game of craps, the media is rushing to the playing field in hopes of a Pulitzer Prize.
I'm going to take the liberty of including a few links for the readers that detail how several companies engaged in the business of creating documents that are used by "lenders", GSEs, and "Foreclosure Mills" to expedite not only the foreclosure process but the process of making billions of dollars via the murky securitization process involving YOUR mortgage obligation. Including actual price sheets for "Recreation of entire Collateral File - only $95.00", "Cure Defective Mortgage - only $12.95 plus TPC", and many others.
The Wall Street Journal story re: "criminal" investigation of LPS below:
U.S. Probes Foreclosure-Data Provider
Since it's becoming quite apparent that MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System) was created for the purpose of allowing "lenders" the ability to stiff your state and county tax coffers of recording fees AND create the ability for "lenders" to foreclose on anyone and anything based on documents made entirely of whole cloth..one needs to wonder if YOUR county clerk uses software developed by LPS, DOCX, and their other mysterious names.
Is anyone getting angry yet?
Perhaps it's time to put the publishers of the two websites below in the running for a Pulitzer...
Mr. Michael Redman - Founder 4closureFraud
and...
What mortgage?
Um. OK. Not quite sure I get your point. Are you advertising for them or what?
No Sir, I am not advertising for them. While you may donate to help with infrastructure costs it is not mandatory. I bear no responsibility for the level of “sureness” you may have relative to your understanding of my “point”.
Good thing there’s no fraud or crime in any other industry, huh?
The point is that all of these foreclosures rely on fabricated documents ,, nothing is real ,, it really is an Alice in Wonderland world today... Look for 5 million or so foreclosures since 2007 to be fought and reversed... There is no defense against clear fraud and no statute of limitations on an appeal. This will bankrupt all the title insurers (FNF and FAF are the largest) .. It will halt all real estate sales in the country..
I'm torn on this myself ,, I want the rule of law to prevail and see the "TOO BIG TO FAIL" banks to crash and burn as they should have in 2008... but Obama may use this to his advantage. Any way you slice it we cannot allow the banks (the straw men , not the actual lenders) to continue stealing peoples houses with forged documents.. free houses to them as they never had a financial stake in the loans...
Soooo, you feel no obligation to insure that the waitress gets your order correct?
That your elected representatives understand what you want?
That your wife knows your preferences?
As the originator of a communication, you feel no obligation or interest in knowning that your communication was understood?
Remarkable.
You must live an interesting live, surrounded by people who seldom do anything even vaguely close to what you want. I bet you think it's willful balkiness on their parts, not poor communications skills on your part.
I was hoping that you'd give me a reason to not mash the abuse button. A justification for posting the article that didn't violate FRs terms of service forbidding advertising.
You know, something that would make this of actual interest and/or importance to a typical FReeper...
Thank you.
Why has this thread not been pulled yet?
Thousands of bad documents = litigation
Millions of bad documents = legislation
(For some reason, this reminds me of the birth certificate for the current occupier of the White House)...
Certainly not because the original poster said anything useful to defend it.
See posts 7 and 12.
There just might be a string to pull to bring down the whole corrupt system...
Lack of "due diligence" is a problem not limited solely to the financial sphere.
In the original post I made mention of Drudge, and linked to the Wall St. Journal as well. I’m not advertising for anyone. To summarize: It’s become national news that “lenders” are withdrawing foreclosure actions due to the use of questionable documents. LPS (under criminal investigation for fabricating documents actually has a price list out there. That is the reason for making the original post.
Thank you, neidermeyer.
That would have been a good and sufficient answer to my original question.
This is vital and important information that I was blissfully ignorant about until this thread.
Naïve me, it never occurred to me that so many lenders would risk serious jail time for such massive fraud. I really should know better by now. *sigh*
I found the title, the post, and original comment lenghthly and hard to follow, that’s all. Contrite would work well to get the point across. Apologies, but it just felt weird and FRiendly.
False documents ping.
(Only slightly off topic, maybe)...
Maybe this is all part of O’s plan. Wipe out the mortgages and assess taxes on the borrowers for the debt relief...;-)
