Have you guys in the military had any trouble getting your absentee ballots?
I remember some threads here on Free Republic recently addressing this issue.
We all know the democrats would love to suppress the military vote.
Of course they would - each military vote erases one of their fraudulent votes.
Just to clarify, I'm not in the military; I just work with 'em. They do the heavy lifting, but I do work alongside them.
We're all getting ballots on time this year. In '08, there appeared to be some skulduggery going on. People had registered for absentee ballots in August/early September and still didn't have them by mid-October. We all ended up submitting provisional ballots and are pretty sure our votes didn't count. This was across the board, no matter what state/precinct we were requesting ballots from.
This year, there have been GOTV tables set up outside all of the chow halls to assist voters and ballots that were requested in August and early September have already been received, voted and sent back to our home precincts.
I think enough noise was made to correct things this time.
Of course, we still don't know if our votes will be counted, but we're sending them in anyway.
