If I were FNC, I’d let the contract expire and say “Bye!”

At that point, she would sue for retaliation. Fox is in a "can't win" situation. Women who sense their careers are heading down currently have an incentive to sue for discrimination, because then any attempt to fire or downgrade them will be seen as "retaliation".

Women reporters who initially get jobs primarily because of their looks, get upset when the ride looks like it's going to end.

I wonder if it would be retaliation if a few thousand viewers wrote Fox and indicated they would turn the dial any time she came on as the reporter?
