This was an idiotic thing to do, but I disagree with those calling for homicide charges. If Hotlips Houlihan had killed herself after the radio-mic prank in the film M*A*S*H, no one would consider Radar a murderer.

Alan Alda and Mike Farrell were big libs. Farrell an insane one. We have seen something like this when involuntary manslaughter might be possible. If it was the Duke LaCrosse Team or two kids from the Bible Club or Young Republicans they would get the gas chamber.
