Mr. Orbitologist, perhaps the high Colorado altitudes have resulted in temporary hypoxia and you are unable to digest my point.

It’s really simple. The guy didn’t kill himself over a sad incident. He killed himself because he knew his acts were immoral and would bring shame on him and his family. That is why he killed himself.

No self-righteousness here, just a lucid observation.

Wow. So you have no point, but you do have an ego and it's bruised. Noted.

It’s really simple.

Indeed it is: you're a self-righteous know-it-all who somehow forgot both his manners and his sense of right and wrong.

You're not the least bit concerned about the poor kid or his family -- not when you've got a "lucid observation" to make.

OK, if you had an 18-yr-old son, do you think there could be ANYTHING he might do in a room alone that he would be mortified if the world was watching???????

It doesn’t matter WHAT his orientation. Imagine a guy, um, pleasuring himself. Do you really think your son would like to be That Guy, on the internet????? Thinking of his mom and grandma and ex girlfriend seeing that, he might just jump off a bridge.

Leave your homophobia at the door, please, and feel sympathy for those who loved this young man. We needed him here on this earth. Humiliation drives people to try and “erase” themselves. He chose a permanent way. We are all at a loss.
