Jerry Brown.

Meg Whitman was too canned and promised too much.I am still waiting to see a sign that Whitman understands the issues a layer deeper than her consultant-driven talking points. And when you try to add up her promises, well, they don't add up.

I want a governor who will tell voters what they don't want to hear.

At least Whitman is a successful businesswoman.

Brown is nothing but a nepotism caused career politician.

Jerry Brown is owned by the most radical unions and envir groups in the country.

Do you have any idea how a combo of socialist house and senate NO ONE TO VETO THEIR CRAZY BILLS WILL CAUSE.

Even Arnold vetoes 50 -60 % of the crazy dem proposed bills.

California politics is so corrupted that a candidate would have to say almost anything to get elected. The main reason is most Californians are way below average intelligence. There is no doubt neither candidates are the best but I'll take Whitman over Brown since the nitwit Brown is a real lost cause. His record stinks. Whitman is a successful business woman and can't default that.

Then let them destroy Cali. Clean up the wreckage and start over then.
It’s really too late to save it.

LOL, you see, I was correct...Californians are full of it...because they think like the 3rd worlders that surround them, its residents have gone native, and can’t even make good decisions for themselves anymore.

There are 2 categories of posts in this thread.

1) Posters who have actually lived in CA and know how bad
governor moonbeam was.

2) Frustrated “pure” conservatives who hate Whitman.

Brown will finish the job and bankrupt the state. So I am voting for him. Nothing short of an absolute disaster will turn things around. The worst thing that could happen is to have someone like Whitman who will just continue to finance the welfare state..when it needs to go broke. The sooner the better.

I wasn't aware that there is any limit on how far left one could be and still be a Democrat. After all, the President is a Marxist.

The state is very divided . the eastern part is conservative and so is Orange/ San Diego and the rest is just wayyy left.

The big problem are the large unions including white collar union jobs which were created by Moonbeam during his first disastrous regime. The state media is wayyy left and that even includes the clear channel /Fox LOCAL news people that carry RUSH's show and peddle non stop Dem talking points
