Due to THIS problem, the states may not even put him on the ballot (I HOPE)!

He may well keep himself out. he can not afford to let one state deny him because of this issue.

If one state will not let him on the ballot he will not run and add fuel to the fires.

I have said this from day one. he may well not even stay the full 4 years because he won’t want to answer the embarrassing questions of why he is not running again.
