Just had an eyewitness who said gun was in a “gun rug” zipped up, “not a holster”, (Scott) was ordered to take it out then was he was shot and gun was flung 3-5’ toward officer that was giving command then “gun rug” (zipped up) disappeared . What's the significance of a "gun rug" versus a holster?

Scott had a zippered holster.
And I'm still tripping that the cop claims that Scott had bloodshot eyes but couldn't tell the gun was in a zippered holster?
