Legislating and leading are two different animals, folks.

And that’s not an insult.

We need to get back to the Constitutional balance in the Federal government in which the legislative has just about EQUAL powers to the executive branch.

Such that saying someone is IDEALLY suited for the legislative branch is not an insult.
