Has anyone attempted to contact Rove, through his web site, asking him to respect Reagan’s Eleventh Commandment; “Thou shalt not speak ill of fellow Republicans”? Maybe he would explain or back off. Naive I know, but it could be tried.
I don't quite see how this is any issue at all. Are lame jokes on lame cable network shows the issue? Will every politician from now on be asked if they were Harry Potter fans when they were teens?
Or is it what I suspect that it's not the teenage brush with witch craft but her evangelical Christianity that's got people nervous? Is Karl just trying to provoke her into making a statement about that by this repetitive needling? It would certainly help him take Sarah Palin down a notch if he could get a fellow Christian, that she incidentally endorsed, to say something embarrassingly Christian.
