Family members can be tricky for politicians, as the newest Tea Party favourite, Christine O'Donnell, is discovering this week.
For more than a decade O'Donnell has espoused a strong brand of social conservatism, criticising gays and championing what she called traditional family values. Only three years ago, in a TV interview on Fox News, she complained about a gay rights parade in New York, arguing that homosexual groups could get away with much more than anyone else.

A former O'Donnell staffer, Wade Richards – who worked on a small group she founded in 1996, the Saviour's Alliance for Lifting the Truth – has claimed that she espoused cures for homosexuality.
But it has emerged that O'Donnell's sister, Jean, who works in the theatre in Los Angeles, is openly gay.

I wonder how the “gay” community feels every time their liberal ‘RAT massas use the “gay lifestyle” to smear their political opponents. LOL!!! You “gay” people might want to try to focus a bit more on who you support when you go to the polls.

This is just like when they brought up Cheney’s gay daughter in 04 expecting social conservatives to be horrified and not vote for bush/cheney.....LOL!
That was a worthy goal in and of itself, far preferable to having Castle continue give Democrats Bipartisan cover for their Marxist agenda.

We saw this crap with the Phony of Phonies, John Kerry, trying to indict the Cheney family because of their lesbian daughter.

The poor, sophisticated Guardian is flummoxed that Christine O’Donnell practices the Christian teaching of hating the sin but loving the sinner.

Holy cow, we know more about O’Donnell in one week than what we know about Barack Hussein Obama in 2 years.
At least Christine’s birth certificate is available to view.
Her college grades are too.
She will rein in federal borrowing to spend.
She will vote to cut taxes.
Obama can do neither of above.
This may actually work in her favor. lol The ‘gays’ may feel more comfortable with voting for her now. I mean it works with colors doesn’t it? You remember Powell voting for Obama...that was a ‘color’ issue.
