Barack Obama is the most antibusiness president in a generation, perhaps in American history. Thanks to him the era of big government is back. Obama runs up taxpayer debt not in the billions but in the trillions. He has expanded the federal government's control over home mortgages, investment banking, health care, autos and energy. The Weekly Standard summarizes Obama's approach as omnipotence at home, impotence abroad.

The President's actions are so bizarre that they mystify his critics and supporters alike. Consider this headline from the Aug. 18, 2009 issue of the Wall Street Journal: "Obama Underwrites Offshore Drilling." Did you read that correctly? You did. The Administration supports offshore drilling--but drilling off the shores of Brazil. With Obama's backing, the U.S. Export-Import Bank offered $2 billion in loans and guarantees to Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras to finance exploration in the Santos Basin near Rio de Janeiro--not so the oil ends up in the U.S. He is funding Brazilian exploration so that the oil can stay in Brazil.

Well to be fair, it does describe the Porcine ways of this administration and Barry is a bit of glory hog.

At the same time he squeals about not getting enough from the trough of the American Taxpayer.

So yeah, it might be spam. LOL

This is so damn disappointing it makes the rest of the article a waste of my time to read.

Even Forbes refuses to print the truth....instead, they use "spin" and obfuscation to cloud reality.

The sentence quoted above is all about spin, political correctness, and refusal to state the truth plainly.

The sentence should read thus:". . . supports a $100 million mosque scheduled to be built near the site where muslim, islamic terrorists killed over 2,900 innocent civilians as well as destroyed the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center."

Now...that is the truth...in plain language.

One must wonder why it is that Forbes just can't seem to write their articles using plain, simple truthful language.

I wish I could remember where I saw it yesterday - I stumbled on it by accident. Apparently some Committee is looking to have the government “take over” all the foreclosed properties in the U.S.
Then I read somewhere that the Government is “thinking” about whether or not to take over our 401K’s, retirement accounts etc.
and then Beck announces that Zero is thinking about developing a “government bank” just like Charez has/had in Venzuela.
I’m getting really really nervous.............

As should we all!!!

Step one...this November, we MUST take back control of at least the House...preferably the Senate as well.

Step Two....freeze the programs, policies, and direction of the little tin god for the next two years while at least attempting to correct some of the damage "public enemy # 1" has caused.

Step Three....work very very very hard in identifying the most pro-business, pro-capitalism, pro-conservative politician and encourage them to (ney...demand that they) run for President in 2012.

Step Four....vote the little tin god out of office.

Step Five....retain the House; win back control of the Senate during the 2012 elections

Step Six...begin the long journey back.

I don't know if the article itself was posted as a thread, but it has been all over FR, especially after Newt Gingrich cited it.

What's really been cool is the libtards' level of annoyance at it. They know D'Souza's analysis is on the money, that the sheeple are finally beginning to figure it out, and that they are stuck with the Zero albatross for two more years. In the end, it will do much damage to their agenda.
