White House Insider onObama: “the President is Losing It.”

A longtime Washington D.C. insider, and former advisor to the Obama election campaign and transition team, speaks out on an administration in crisis, and a president increasingly withdrawn from the job of President.

2008 gave America an incredibly charismatic candidate for President of the United States. Speech after speech showed a candidate with increasing momentum as primary race after primary race concluded. And then came the nomination, more speeches, culminating in an election night victory.

According to the person sitting across from me, those were incredibly exciting times, even for one who had been a participant with three previous presidential hopefuls. Barack Obama appeared to move from one city to the next effortlessly, gaining confidence and motivation with each campaign stop. He was remarkable to watch. He took the script, elevated it with his oration, left the crowds screaming for more, and then would do it all over again, time after time after time. On the campaign trail, Obama is a machine.

After this clown, we have to continue the “take back” operation all through our culture.

Start by taking back Washington. Then we have to take back the schools and the media.

That he would withdraw and think that everyone was out to get him. Even those who are on his side. And that his decisions would become increasingly irrational.

Wow, sounds just like another glorious leader's last few months in the bunker.

It fits with the media’s roll as well.

(snip)

“When I asked this insider if the media gave candidate Obama an assist throughout his campaign, it elicits a sly smile. Sure – we definitely had people in the media on our side. Absolutely. We went so far as to give them specific ideas for coverage. The ones who took that advice from the campaign were granted better access, and Obama was the biggest story in 2008, so yeah, that gave us a lot of leverage.”

Kal Pen, actor (Harold & Kumar / House) took a job with the Obama administration and then left it in June 2010.

“He might even try something stupid or desperate in the wake of knowing that he will lose power by the Democrats losing Congress in November” - American Constitutionalist

LOL. “He’s been trying stupid things since he took office. He is trying to foment civil war. It was no coincidence he has tried to cast himself as the black Lincoln from the beginning of his campaign, standing in front of every Lincoln image he could find, speaking in front of the capital in Springfield with Lincoln images, swearing in on Lincoln’s Bible as Pres and even had the exact same dinner as Lincoln at the inauguration.

He likes symbolism and he has from day 1 intended civil war as his goal. Hence the healthcare bill to which the sates are revolting. Hence the lawsuit HE has waged against Arizona. Hence his support for the ground zero mosque!

I firmly believe that this mosque will be our 21st Century Harper’s Ferry. He is setting up parallels for everything. There is something spiritual and evil at work.”

It has to be a Clinton lackey.

I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't Bubba himself.

That whole Kal Pen thing was very fishy. And then he gets robbed in D.C. (DuPont Circle, no less), just a day or two after he leaves the WH. I want to know the rest of the story.

It sounds like someone pretty young who said this. Remember, Obama put a lot of youth in the West Wing. Kal would fit the bill at 32.

I am not going to say the president is a dumb man, because he is not, but yeah, there was a definite letdown when you actually hear him talking without the script.

Teleprompter alert!

I think Bo an Michelle thought Washington would be like Hollywod...they’d be the stars on stage and let everyone else do the work as they dictated it.

I think O thought more on the lines of king, say want he wanted and minions would rush to do it.

lazy, paranoid, petulant, childish, and
LAZY!

Utter disgrace!

And I do believe he lost an election for
IL senator.

I think Hillary and Bill now smell; REPLAY!

He’s not interested in any Monica’s. He might be happy to have Kal Penn back though.

If working for the president was the reason for leaving a successful sitcom, why the short duration of tenure at the WH only to want to return to acting?

From the article:

Can he win in 2012? Oh – absolutely. Who else campaigns as well as Barack Obama? Nobody. What politician is more loved and supported by the media? Nobody. I don’t see the Republicans offering up a candidate as powerful as Obama. I mean Sarah Palin? Really? Obama would defeat her by a 20 point landslide! Romney? The Republicans will enjoy these midterm elections, but 2012 is Obama’s year if he chooses to run again. As a president, Obama has many flaws, but as a candidate, he is near flawless.

As it looks right now, I don't know if he would be such a shoo-in for 2012. Most people see the bloom has worn well off this rose. The people that he has lost don't just dislike him, they are starting to despise him, and the media licking his boots all the time only makes it worse. Unless something drastic changes in this country for the better, I am more inclined to think he might be ridden out on a rail.

What is the credibility of Newsflavor.com? This interview confirms everything that has been said on FR since his run. I just want to know if this outfit is credible before I rub people's noses--er--before I pass it on.

I believe it too because it fits perfectly. All of it. All you have to do is watch him, spend some time looking at photos of him with his staff, etc. They tell the same story this person is telling.
