Nancy Reagan endorses Meg Whitman, Carly Fiorina

Wednesday, September 15, 2010; 8:51 PM

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Former First Lady Nancy Reagan is endorsing California Republican candidates Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina.

Whitman and Fiorina announced separately Wednesday that each had received Reagan's endorsement.

Reagan issued a statement through Fiorina's campaign saying the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard Co. "knows what needs to be done to move our country forward."

Funny how much, at first glance, Carly Fiorina looks like Nancy Reagan back in the day, especially in her red suit, Nancy’s favorite color.

It already is Republican. The last California Governor Nancy Reagan endorsed was Arnold (the Republican).

She is a great lady but I think her endorsements are meaningless.

Liberals dominate because the CA GOP despises conservatives and prefers their big-business trough feeding elitists.

That won’t change until there is a “regime change” in the CA GOP.
