I’m curious as to who started the rumor that she would not have any support?
Bret Bair of FNC started the rumor based on anonymous staffers high up in the GOP.
I suspect it is either some “Melman”s who fear conservatives, or Rove himself who is trying to save face for the Castle falling so soundly.
Think about it folks, Rove himself said anything over 5 points spread is practically a mandate these days.
Not sure... here is a bit from the American Spectator from last night...
“...And now, Carl Cameron of Fox News is reporting the National Republican Senatorial Committee will not be helping the official nominee of the Delaware Republican Party for the United States Senate in her Senate campaign.”

And from the Wall Street Journal:
“The National Republican Senatorial Committee does not plan to spend money on its Delaware Senate nominee, Christine ODonnell, an NRSC official said tonight... The official noted that if her position improves, the committee might reconsider its allocation of scarce resources.”

Last night Brett Baier on Fox News cut into Greta’s show and said that the NSRC had made a statement that they would not support O’Donnell, that the money would be better spent elsewhere. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.
It wasn’t a rumor... Cornyn said it with his own mouth last night.
