Tea party-backed Christine O'Donnell wins GOP nod for Senate race in Delaware
Bill said to vote for the most conservative candidate that had the best chance to Win in the General.
Yea, and that was before the Tea Party. RINO’s or Dem-Lite got us to this point. Republicans fell asleep and allowed the Dems to basically over the GOP. We now demand Conservatism. We no longer just ask nicely for it.
Castle giving a standard concession speech, so far.
Rove, a big supporter of “immigration reform.”
In the event that O’Donnell loses a race to Dem that Castle would have won, it only matters if control of the Senate is decided by one. If it’s plus-two for the Repubs, it didn’t matter. If it’s plus-two for Dems, it won’t matter.
Castle the coward would not debate and defend his political ideology, such as it is. Christine was able to articulate a political philosophy. Castle proved that slithers down in the swamp with Crist and Specter. What a loss.
The term establishment really has no meaning anymore. Since Palin’s candidates have been winning and are the new faces of the GOP...that kinda makes her the establishment.
I just say this because “establishment” is populist rhetoric beneath freepers.
And in New York. Another Rove RINO is losing
Republicans Votes Pct.
Carl Paladino 29,568 78%
Rick Lazio 8,567 22%
. 4% reporting
I think they do need to draw lines in the sand but they need to be on the right side of them. Thus far, they don’t seem to be able to do that. And then there is Boehner who drew a line but then decided to straddle it. They need to either fish or cut bait!
I agree...turnout in DE was 12000 votes more than projected. The voters are pissed and they will turn out to reverse this socialist tide.
I pray that Dems didn’t change parties to vote people in that would lose in November. I hope we aren’t being set up for huge losses in Nov. I’m worried. The Chicago thugs and dictator in chief play for keeps.
Damn right.
Wow that was a pretty fierce battle between Rove and Hannity (Hannity is in O'Donnell's camp). Olberidiot, Rachel Madcow and Lawrence "Creepy Liar" O'Donnell are celebrating Christine O'Donnell's win in Delaware, sure that she cannot win against the 'RAT in November.
Personally, I'm happy to see Christine O'Donnell win over uber-RINO Castle. However, does anyone know if O'Donnell CAN win against the 'RAT candidate this November??
The POS Karl Rove now on Fox trashing Christine ODonnel for all he is worth. That is exactly the term that came to my mind, too. POS.
It sounds like you're shedding a few tears about the prospect of Delaware voters having the opportunity to vote for a conservative.
Rove knows that amnesty is close to being killed.
Oh, yeah. Good background music.
Extremely lame logic there as almost none of the candidates Palin has support have even been sworn into office as of yet.
Why?
He wants the Republicans to have majority in the Senate as much as I (and you) do. He and I just think it’s less likely with O’Donnell than with Castle. I hope we’re wrong.
No. Dont waste your money on her. We have some seats we can pick up that need your money
Try Or Die.
It’s that simple.
The woman is a wackjob and a liar. It’s simple, she can’t win and now we will get a 100% libtard in the seat and not a 50% lib. You tell me that its better to have the Democrat that is 100% in Obama’s pocket than someone who can oppose him at least half the time? Stuck on stupid is no way to run a movement.
Trying times reveal true character - anyone who supports smaller Federal government has to back Angle and O’Donnell, even if they may not be the most polished candidates. Rove was the architect of “compassionate conservatism”, which is exactly what we don’t need. No more RINOs! There is a much broader tent available for a limited federal government than the MSM will EVER let on.
