Too bad Cornyn is not up for election in 2012. He would be easy pick'ns in Texas.

That is why he needs to break the back of the Tea Party now. He knows that, like Alaska, Texas is a state where picking off a RINO doesn't have the price associated with what happened tonight. If the Tea Party is still around in 2014 he is unemployed, and he knows it.

The GOP establishment is much more afraid of the Tea Party movement than they are of the Democrats. Being RINOS they know they can work with the Democrats. The Tea Party types read the Constitution, and actually believe it. And that is something that they will not tolerate. Even if it means throwing the election in 2010 and getting Obama reelected in 2012.

No one is entitled to elected office.... That is some indictment of RINOs fighting there own party to put Dems in office.
