Absurdity rules supreme!

Carbohydrates are at the root of all chronic disease, and in particular, sugar.

What carbs do is to increase inflammation through numerous modalities. The main one is the proliferation of biofilms in arteries and joints.

Fats, if anything are part of the cure, not in any way part of the cause.

While vegetables are a necessary part of our diet, a vegetarian diet is not desirable at all, especially if you wish your children to be strong and intelligent.

YES...what you said...you should see my husband’s niece who is a “vegetarian”.....very fat...and unhealthily so...at age 22.....she eats way to much sugar and flour....and no meat....course she’s a stupid liberal too.....

Da way I sees it is that fats grease da blood corpsicles, so they can slide through da capillaries easier, reducing da blood pressure.
