No, it wasn't a "procedural motion to kill the bill". It was a vote to send the bill into a place where it will die a slow death. Again, you don't get it, and I'm not going to spend anymore time trying to educate you about it. All attempts thus far, have proven wildly unsuccessful.

If Castle indeed voted on this bill for the reason you stated, as a smart guy, why didn't he get out in front of this instead of thinking (or hoping) that his vote wouldn't be scrutinized?
