Court documents obtained Saturday by THE WEEKLY STANDARD reveal surprising new details about the gender discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit filed by Christine O'Donnell in 2005 against her former employer, the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, a conservative non-profit based in Delaware.* O'Donnell, who is now challenging moderate congressman Mike Castle in the September 14 Delaware GOP Senate primary, sought $6.95 million in damages. In a court complaint, she extensively detailed the "mental anguish" she suffered after allegedly being demoted and fired because of her gender. And, although she didn't have a bachelor's degree until this year, O'Donnell implied she was taking Master's degree classes at Princeton University in 2003.
O'Donnell alleged in a July 1, 2005 complaint filed in district court that she had been demoted because ISI's conservative philosophy dictated that women must be subordinate to men. She claimed she was fired when she contacted the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regarding her demotion. ISI told the Delaware News Journal that she had been "terminated for operating a for-profit business."
O'Donnell's finances, honesty, and stability have been called into question in light of her false and strange claims. The court complaint raises further questions on all fronts. O'Donnell, who made an annual salary of $65,000 at ISI as director of communications and public affairs, sought up to $6,952,477 million in damages, claiming, among other allegations, that ISI had defamed her and had violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. O'Donnell sought:
--Up to $3,952,447 in "Direct Damages, including back pay" and "lifetime lost income and liftetime damage to reputation."

You’re doing good.
I know my heartfelt comments are hard to beat. I’m pretty good with the keyboard.
Keep it up.
Mike Castle will be very proud of you.
;)
Whoever that Freedom guy is....he’s got facts or else he’ll just make them up.
I dunno....but I know Mike Castle is really proud of him.
I wonder if his first name is really Kate.

Good for you girlene.
I note how you found the lie put out by the ISI about this outside job and also note how those who based their opinions on these lies are mute.
I got some goods on Gaffney.
It’s not like there isn’t some questions on those doing the O’Donnell attacking or anything.
Its a win win for Delaware with O’Donnell
If she wins the primary, Castle is out of congress. If she loses the general, a lib Dem replaces a lib Dem (Biteme). If she wins the general, RINO Castle is gone and Biden’s dynasty is dead
If you’re a conservative Pubbie, vote in DE and don’t vote for Christine in the primary, you’re a fool
The Great One has also posted about it on FACEBOOK
There are no bigger crooks in the world any where than the career politicians in DC.
Whatever O’Donnell might or might not have done, it’s chump change compared to the ponzi schemes that Castle and his ilk have foisted on the American people.
O’Donnell may or may not be trustworthy, I’d willing to take my chances on her than the proven con artist.
Forum page reads PA.
Move along and don’t waste time replying.
I'm a conservative who knows about trial lawyers who keep the ruling class politicians in their pockets. I'm a conservative who knows that there are two kinds of Feminists: those who kill the unborn and those who don't. Both kinds destroy families and thus the country. Your "gender" lawsuits are just one weapon these destroyers of America use to achieve their socialist goals.
You're lying. Those are not my gender lawsuits, as you claim.
Now back to what I was asking you.
Are you a pro life, prio gun, pro surge in Iraq, anti TARP, anti Cap and Trade, anti bank bailout, anti auto bailout, anti Prokulus, anti Cash for Clunkers, and anti campaign finance reform?
Castle is not, while O'Donnell is.
Yet, you can't see a difference between the two candidates, and you lecture another poster on this thread that they are not conservative.
What is “PA”?
Bttt
You picked a good screen name for yourself!
LOL.
Pennsylvania
Is that the best you can do in support of your RINO Mike Castle? Quote another anti-American, open-borders, off-shoring, out-sourcing, RINO progressive?
As far as I know, Christine O'Donnell is not a trial lawyer, so what is your point?
I don’t disagree that it’s a hit piece, no doubt about that. But that doesn’t lessen the impact of the story on people such as myself who were unaware of this incident before. I don’t like it one bit, and I think it says a whole lot of things about her character that are really, really ugly. It’d be totally different if she’d been working for ABC Company and fell off a ladder or had actual videos/letters/recordings/notes/email of REAL sexual/gender harrassment AND she quit because of it rather than it being a situation of her getting fired for running her own little business within their business.
What % of the time has Castle voted with the enemy? Maybe that’s something that the O’Donnell campaign should publish. Do you know the answer? I don’t, but we should. If he’s that bad a RINO, why not get the numbers out there to offset this kind of negative publicity? Maybe his voting record is worse than her credibility record?
Bottom line, the pub elite machine is the worst offender of all.
Mike Castle ACU ratings in 2008 and 2007 were 20 and 28.
Arlen Specter, former Republican, had ACU ratings in those years of 42 and 40.
My point is that she has the earmarks of being no better and maybe worse than the DC whores. She just hasn’t been given the opportunity yet to get her hand in the goody bag. I think she’d fold at the temptation like a house of cards, based on what this lawsuit fiasco reveals about her.
here’s a new thread I just posted it’s a ppp poll preview.
53% think Castle is liberal.

the poll will be out in a few hours.
