She’s a Title 9 candidate now?
Nobody is perfect. Castle is far worse. But what is really bad, and really worse than even Castle, is the GOP sticking it to Odonnell when they were just fine with her the last time she ran.
The GOP....Grand Old Putz’s. I cannot stand it when they call me for donations, Nancy Pelosi might as well call...ugh.
They are just so determined.
They keep this up they’re just making us boobs who won’t follow their company line madder.
the establishment elitist wing of the GOP is trying all they can to get their elitist RINO pals elected.
Barnes etc , STFU, we’re fed up of you snotty nosed, elitist out of touch, ivy league pals getting into power and ignoring the will of YOUR VOTERS.
Times are changing and we want a party which fights for us instead of a party which looks to hold power for themselves in certain areas
The argument that a tea party candidate “can’t win in the general election” should cause 1% of voters to come over to O’Donnell’s side (or Paladino’s in NY), each time it’s used in a new article.
Only because it’s such a lame argument.
You lying rinos in the GOP establishment are not going to control my life, not any more.
Vote O’Donnell!
Be nice to see the Rinos fight this hard against the rats. But they won’t, because they like the rats more than conservatives!
Even if they manage to scuttle O’Donnell with this stuff, there’s a whole bunch out here taking notes.
Payback’s a beotch, but she grows long sharp teeth when we’ve been scammed by somebody who’s claiming to be one of our own.
She can’t win in the general, but that’s not what this is about. It’s about whether we want Castle in the Senate or not.
None of the O’Donnell supporters on this thread seem to be defending her actions in filing this absurd lawsuit. Who knew there were so many trial lawyer-loving trolls on Free Republic?
That'll fix everything and America will be great again.
Good for her. She has principals and guts.
This is a big OOPS!
It’s called vetting her. It’s what Opposition Researchers do, and it is to be expected when a candidate is making a serious run at a high level office.
“But what is really bad, and really worse than even Castle, is the GOP sticking it to Odonnell when they were just fine with her the last time she ran.”
Wait, do you not want her vetted? Isn’t finding these things out in the primaries exactly what, well, primaries are for?
From the article:
“O’Donnell alleged in a July 1, 2005 complaint filed in district court that she had been demoted because ISI’s conservative philosophy dictated that women must be subordinate to men.”
Seriously? A supposed conservative suing a conservative group over its conservative philosophy is not troubling to you?
Sorry, but this seems like a fundamentally flawed candidate who will get torn to shreds in the general. Just because a candidate is the most conservative in the race does not make them the best choice in the primary. You do kindof have to weight whether they are good, decent, honest and can actually win.
yes, yes it would.
:P
Well, there are freepers here who, whenever they see her name, feel compelled to post sexy pictures of her and to make comments about her looks.
Please stop saying that Charles.
Chris Coons is a little midget burger, despised by Delawarians.
He raised property taxes in New Castle by 15%. He’s really disliked.
Should Christine win the nomination for the pubs, she’ll get all kinds of attention. The big money will roll in.
You keep saying, as if a firm fact, that she CAN’T win the general election.
When that is nowhere near the truth.
Perhaps you know of a better candidate -- I don't.
She filed a lawsuit- the libs’ favorite pastime. Nothing to see here.
Or, should every candidate for any office be automatically disqualified because they filed a lawsuit (under civil rights statutes, no less)?
