That Billings paper has lost so much circulation, the only way they can justify their ad rates is by giving the paper away.
......or at least TRYING to get somebody to take it home with their coffee or groceries, ‘cause folks (like me) won’t take it as a gift, and the alternate ploy of delivering a “Complimentary” Sunday paper just got complaints about littering.
They still haven’t quite figured out the equation that says that insulting a customer is a real bad way to make a business grow.
Florida is inundated with similar papers. They just don't get it.
