They seem to forget that even when we do nothing, they flock to terror cells. Look at the 90’s. How many times were we attacked and nothing was done in response? It didn't weaken them, it STRENGTHENED them. It strengthened them enough to plan and execute the 9/11 attacks. They've been in a jihad with us since at least the late 70’s. We don't have to do anything to incite them, the HATE us for existing.
