Just three Russians in a SUV with no weapons or explosives sabotaging a power plant is beyond funny. Going abroad to steal copper is as dumb considering both Russia and Kazakhstan are a big Detroit full of depopulated placed there you may take as much copper from defunct power stations as you want.
