you didn’t ask him how old he is, did you?

He was 66 when he came to work for us but no, I didn’t ask him how old he was we just inherited him. We tried to let him go a few years ago and he begged to stay because he gets very little SS and needs it to support his family. He’s 76 and works harder than most but some days he just looks so exhausted that we send him home but we still pay him. He can’t read or write, we have to file his taxes for him. He’s our charity case, my husband says he fully expects him to die here.
