Let me tell you, if Pastor Jones is a kook, then he is one of the most effective kooks since John the Baptist.
Jones has unleashed the powers of Hell against him merely by threatening to torch one of their Idols.
I suspect that John the Baptist would have had no problems using some false religious relic as fuel to toast locusts over an open campfire. And if anyone complained he would have yelled out "REPENT!
We may be at a crossroads right now. God is working in this situation. I believe we, as a Nation, may be about to cross the Spiritual Rubicon.
If you can find a copy of Hannity's radio interview of Jones yesterday, then listen to him. I heard a really humble guy trying his best to figure all this out through prayer by him and his church. They wanted to do the right thing.
Their main concern, he said, was getting everyone to see how murderous is the islam cult.
He was not a kook, or a grandstander, or a holier-than-thou. Seemed like a really normal guy to me. Sorta like if he was down to grasshoppers, well, that's what he'd go ahead and eat.
I am praying that this attention-seeking, self-serving, cultist kook doesn't endanger the lives of millions.
And I am praying that, if he is a Christian, the Holy Spirit will speak to him in a mighty way and stop him from putting American soldiers, and American civilians at risk for his OWN glory.
