I’ve heard a story about ‘publishing’ the fact that the soldiers (Brits?) dipped their bullets into pig fat (lard?) and that it scared the muzzies. They assumed that if they had been dispatched by a porcine bullet they would not get their ‘seven golden raisins’ or whatever their handlers told them the booby prize was to be.
LOL Well, it sure won’t foul a firearm terribly if you lubricate your bullets with a light coating of bacon grease.
