The GE bulbs I’ve been seeing are stamped Mexico and don’t seem to last like they used to.

Just checked my stash of GE Incandescents. They were "Made in China" by "GE Lighting(China)Co. LTD."

Looks like the CFL's may have had nothing to do with the plant shutting down.

Because like the chinese the stuff only has to be 80% of the original.
