Well the courts have said that the phelps can do what they do as it’s a free speech issue. They are lawyers after all and know how to keep things just within the bounds of the law. I don’t agree with them at all but they continue because they keep getting attention. If they didn’t get the attention early on they would have quit doing this.
I would rather live in a country where the idiots like the phelps are free to do their thing and those who disagree with them can then go and counter protest. That is how free speech works here.
Islam doesn’t give us women free speech by the way. I posted a link to one of the things that the “holy” book allows which made me utterly sick and then angry.
