If that is the case, then why can't anyone burning a flag be arrested by the feds for aiding and comforting the enemy ?
They could, if they wanted to 'make a case' of it.
They don't.
In this 'case', Obama and Petraeus have already publicly stated that burning the Korans would endanger the SECURITY and SAFETY of US TROOPS.
The only reason they are saying that is not because of their 'fear' for the troops, but because it sanctifies an arrest. Hey, I could be completely wrong, and hope I am. We will see.
