i must say, it is virtually impossible right now to know what
the truth is. i do hope it is unravelled as i would love
to know the answer.
These 3 films playing in most Independent film houses are worth the see even though in subtitles (English), your mind somehow blends it together and you forget you are reading. the films are so well done that they are worth the tickets. I am waiting for the last of the trilogy (Swedish film makers Yellow Bird).
Hollywood is attempting to copy the success of these films, but has cast an actress now that is not fit for the role, not built like Lisbeth Salander and the American versions will be surely be dumbed down to a freak mutation of the artistic originals.
Swedish author and journalist Stieg Larsson passed in the Millennium Trilogy just before he died in 2004. Larsson died in Stockholm at the age of 50 of a heart attack. Rumors that his death was in some way induced, because of death threats received as editor of Expo, have been denied
These remain posthumous bestsellers (now) in several European countries as well as here. Larsson was initially a political activist for the Kommunistiska Arbetareförbundet (Communist Workers League), a photographer, and one of Sweden's leading science fiction fans.In politics he was the editor of the Swedish Trotskyist journal Fjärde internationalen. He also wrote regularly for the weekly Internationalen.
