come to Kabul and work for a year, see how you feel about what this j@ck@ss is doing. It's bad enough that we work outside the wire and are hassled by the ANP daily...now we will have to worry about average Afghans being whipped into a frenzy by the more extreme elements amongst them.
I'd be the first person to dust a terrorist and would not even think twice about it afterward...but I don't work with terrorists...I work with individuals who happened to have different religion than I do that genuinely want to make their country better by eliminating corruption in their government. Not all Muslims are terrorists and the people I work with daily wouldn't consider burning a bible or an American flag...and now I get to spend my time explaining that America has it's own version of extremists that we have to deal with.
