Tropical Storm Hermine made landfall around 830 PM CDT...0130 UTC
...Along the coast of northeastern Mexico about 40 miles...65 km
...South of Brownsville Texas. Maximum sustained winds at landfall
were estimated to be 65 mph...100 km/hr.
