Thanks for your encouraging words. If COD were a bad person, I’d say so. You can believe if this woman had any skeletons in her closet, they’d be out there.
All they’ve got on her is the sort of financial stuff that we’ve all had from time to time. After my husband got out of the hospital for his brain infection, I sat and faced insurmountable debts with no income coming in.
Husband was in a coma. After he came out of coma he kept lamenting about his credit card bills. It’s kind of a long story but we’d had an enormous profit from the sale of our house in Merryland as it was a big waterfront affair and our Delaware house is a modest but perfectly fine rancher.
I had to change jobs, he had to change jobs....I got some consulting gigs and our life was in upheaval. He had a 401K and started a new one. Then I had a heart bypass and applied for SS disa then he had a brain infection.
In summary, I never took care of the money like I intended to and husband, I dunno, he ran up credit cards...what he’d do, he’d charge up to $2,000 on a credit card. After this the payments would go up beyond $50 a month so he’d open up another one. HE was paying these payments himself, online, and while I’m abashed to admit that my accountant self wasn’t paying attention, with that big bank balance and all I kept putting it all on the back burner to move the 401K and everything.
Anyway I went over to husband’s desk after his coma awakening and like to have a cow. He’d done charged up over $20,000 in credit cards! I myself had a credit card, just one...but it had over ten grand on it.
And we had NO money coming in. I was awaiting an answer from SS on the disa. Husband had a job but his sickness ran out his leave time...vac., sick, etc.
I was absolutely at the bottom of the barrel. I had to take a loan on our house to live on. Our house WAS, ahem, paid for.
So it all turned out okay, don’t despair. I was awarded SS disa, as was husband. We both got huge back payments. I paid off, yes I did, ALL the credit cards. I called them up, told them about brain infection...yada, yada. They all lowered or eliminated interest and folks I did not take YOUR money, I paid them off, over a year, applying our SS payments, and as I methodically straightened out our finances I found old stock, an old IRA that I had, Husband was eligible to a pension from his 30 years at Sears that I did not know and applied for this.
I took care of it. We’re doing just fine now but it took me a long time to get it all straight.
But if I were to run for office, think of the hatchet job they’d do on me.

COD had this same sort of scenario in her life. I suspect we’ve all had it, except maybe, I dunno, Mike Castle, maybe Joe Biden.
And COD got out of her jam. You can believe there’s not much else on her out there as they’ve beaten the hell out of this woman over really small potatoes that us boobs out here in LA LA land quite understand.
My ears hear, with their hooting and hollering, that Christine O’Donnell CANNOT be a U.S. Senator because she’s had financial issues in her life. When I don’t think any such a thing is in our constitution and under that circumstance, likely NONE of us could be a fine Ruling Class Senator except, heh, maybe Joe Biden and Mike Castle.
The Delaware Blue Bloods are simply awful. If any of you have any sense of decency and fairness, trust me, all for the likes of Mike Castle they are doing this to a woman, once again....THEY NOMINATED IN 2008! I can forgive Mike Castle. At least HE’s getting something out of it. Those that join in the berating of Castle’s opposition, many the same ones who voted to nominate her in 2008, are the ones I cannot ever forgive.
It makes me want to weep.
I noticed that, and I'm thinking...just like "they" refer to Rush as an entertainer, Juan is an entertainer.
He's probably just a normal non-political guy, an actor/comedian, and they pay him really well to play the fool and punching bag for Brit, Krystal, Liz, and others.

Desperate???OMG, they are squeeling like that pig in the car ins commercial that is screeching “WEE! WEE! Weeee!”
I just love how all of them now have this manic pressured speech...Krugman and Friedman should be seated farther away from the panel desk..( on This “Weak” )I am sure the host is getting sprayed with spitting as they “forcefully defend” the economy! Ha.

Offering “something new” is what got us in this Obama economic mess. Republican have the good sense to know what actually works to get an economy moving rather then fetishist extremely bad economic ideas simply because they are supposedly “new” like your team does Mr Plouffe.

Sarah has not endorsed Christine. It’s still up in the air whether she will or not. Christine told me she’d been vetted by the Palin campaign for an endorsement but so far, nothing. We’ve got other candidates also looking for a Palin endorsement, one a fellow running to fill Mike Castle’s House seat.
Christine has been endorsed by the Tea Party Express. That’s the big national group headed by Dick Army. They’ve pumped hundreds of thousands into her campaign.
Mark Levin’s also been enthusiastically on her side. Glen Beck’s group-9-12 patriots...at least the local group...not sure how that works... endorsed Christine and, in fact, COD held a pep session at Beck’s recent rally on the Lincoln mall.
It sure would be nice if Palin endorsed Christine but, frankly, at this point I’d think she’d have done it.
Just watch pluff and like Kaine, he speaks in tongues.

Months ago Juan made the mistake of speaking the truth about Obamacare. He called it dog food that no one wanted to buy.

I don’t think Christine’s going to win the race, frankly.
Mike Castle has millions to throw at her. He and the Blue Blood Ruling Class GOP in Delaware are beating the hell out of her even though they nominated her in 2008 to run against Joe Biden.
Mike Castle will be seated in November, assuming he beats the Dem in this state, NOT January.
He can then help the Dems push through Cap and Tax, card check, all the stuff Pelosi and Obama want to ram through before they lose the majorities in January.
I think that’s going to be the result. I don’t like it but it’s my take, for what it’s worth.
