PLLLeeeezzee ... what a joke. Yep that's Corexit, just about as scientific as you can get ... geez a bunch of kids in a boat are now the new face of the IPCC. If they knew anything about Corexit, they'd know they wouldn't see it, especially in "powder" form. My guess is these kids threw a box of tide in the water and ran over it with a boat.
