Oh my, I can’t believe what he said about babies. If this is the guy he is one dangerous kook. But, I suspect there are a number of others who, while they wouldn’t say it publicly, feel the same way, that humans are parasites and should be done away with.

A person inside the building told The Associated Press says the man had something strapped to his chest and has hostages. The person refused to be identified, saying people inside have been told not to speak to the media.

A SWAT team is on the scene, CBS News reports. The man is being watched on closed-circuit television, and a tactical team is trying to reach him.

Sheree Mixell, assistant special agent in charge of the Baltimore field division office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said agents are responding to the scene.

The building has been evacuated.

WJZ has learned at 1:20 p.m. all employees received an email warning employees to lock themselves in an office. At 1:22 p.m., all employees received another email saying they were evacuating the building through a specific entrance/exit.

This guy needs to be put down now. I always hold out some optimism that hostages can be rescued or released. But I don't have that feeling now.

Based on what I have read so far, and that one overhead shot of him, I believe this guy is committed to killing without any hesitation or remorse.
