Why is Jim Cantorre freaking out LIVE on the weather channel about outer banks homes not being boarded up?
These are million dollar homes and they have hurricane shutters with the press of a button.
Later, Jim Cantore said he found out the expensive beach homes weren't boarded up because the residents said their "windows" could sustain up to 145 mph winds.
Jim went on to say the residents weren't considering the "debris" that will be flying around..:)
