Aren’t the military votes in with the other absentees? Geez, the term will be over.

Miltary votes are in Districts 18, 12, 10.

4 Military Bases, 2 in 18.

I looked at the data pretty closely and Miller could pick up a lot of votes from those bases. Almost no one voted at the military bases on election day.

However, people rarely vote there at all, either on election day or absentee, except Presidential.

Less than 5% turnout on election day.

The author of the article assumed that low turnout on election day means a lot of absentee.

That wasn’t the case in the 2006 Rep Primary. Palin didn’t get huge number of absentee votes from the bases that year.

However, Miller did beat Murk on the bases on election day around 3 to 1.

Miller will definitely pick up votes. How many, who knows?
