"Cotton Picking" is harmless. My father use to say that when he was mad at me when I was 4 years old. Do you want to have your father dropping MF'ers at that age? We all knew all the swears in Acadian French at that age.

My dad was a potato picker when he was 5 till he was 17. His father lost his farm in 1938 during the depression when he was 6. When somebody would call him a tater picker, he would puff out his chest and would tell them how many barrels he would pick a day and made good money on piece work.
