I don't think he cares who he annoys, he won't run again. I concur. I do not think he will run again. I think he's already decided, and will announce it next year. One assumes that Hillary will step in to lead the Democrats. She has done more to further herself than Biden has.

I'd agree with you except I don't think the Soros ownership of the jackass party quite trusts Hillary. Clintons will always put the interest of Clintons first, whereas Soros tools will put Soros idealogy first.
