The perp got time but I can’t find the sentence.
Here’s his current residence:
“SCI Pine Grove, located in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, is a maximum-security facility for Young Adult Offender males. The Young Adult Offender Program (YAOP) is primarily designed for those offenders between the ages of 15-20 adjudicated as adults due to the nature of the criminal offense committed. The YAOP meets their special needs of education, adolescent development and recreational activity, while providing a safe environment for those offenders.
The YAOP is run as a therapeutic community. The therapeutic community was designed to use behavior modification as a primary management tool. Young Adult Offenders are encouraged to make life changes in areas of self-responsibility, discipline, respect for others and themselves, and to develop positive self-esteem. The YAO’s positive accomplishments are rewarded and negative or dysfunctional behavior is discouraged. “
Found a follow-up in the March 20, 2009, Pocono Record :
"This week, Reneau Jacques, 18, couldn’t dodge another bullet, a sentence of 11 years and six months to 25 years in state prison for that crime. Facing attempted murder and other charges, Jacques was sentenced after pleading guilty to aggravated assault and attempted robbery."
I guess the prosecutor didn't feel like going to trial on the attempted murder charge. Punk is probably already back on the streets and shooting at people again.
